You are responsible for choosing products that are suitable for your animal.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown on the website at the time of your order and may change without notice. We try to make sure all prices and product details are correct. If we find an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order.
Products are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a later delivery or a full refund.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when we accept it and send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price, or if we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment
In Pakistan, you can pay by Cash on Delivery or online at checkout. For orders outside Pakistan, payment is made online at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Delivery
Delivery times and charges are explained on our Shipping Info page. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs or other events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
