We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.
Order dispatch
All orders placed on working days are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Our working hours are 10 AM to 5 PM.
Delivery in Pakistan
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Delivery charge: Rs 250 per order
- Free delivery on orders above Rs 10,000
- Cash on Delivery: Available
- Courier: TCS
Delivery in the UAE
- Delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch
- Delivery charge: Calculated at checkout
- Payment: Online payment at checkout (Cash on Delivery is not available in the UAE)

We are happy to deliver internationally. Please contact our Customer Care team before ordering, and we will confirm delivery time and cost for your location.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your order details. You can check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by courier issues, weather, public holidays or customs (for international orders). If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
