Joe Feeds Mill - Area Production Manager (Broiler Farm) JOB OPPORTUNITY Area Production Manager (Broiler Farm) Punjab Zone (Faisalabad, Sargodha & Gujrat) Qualification: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) OR MSc (Hons.) Poultry Science Experience: Minimum 10–15 years or more hands-on experience in broiler farm management Proven track record of managing multiple farms within a zone/region Strong leadership and team management skills Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage broiler farm operations across the assigned area Ensure optimal flock health, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and mortality control Implement biosecurity and disease prevention programs Monitor farm performance, production targets, and operational efficiency Coordinate with feed mill, hatchery, and veterinary teams Train and supervise farm managers and technical staff Maintain accurate production records and reporting Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards Required Skills: Strong knowledge of broiler production systems Expertise in vaccination programs and disease management Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets Joe Feeds Mill is a leading and rapidly growing organization in the poultry and feed industry.
