goFoods - Fattening Farm Manager WE'RE HIRING LOCATION: On-site Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in fattening operations, feedlot management, or large-scale livestock production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day operations of all fattening farms to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards Monitor and achieve targeted weight gain, carcass quality, and annual production volumes. Provide a consistent and planned monthly supply of animals to meet export shipment schedules. Oversee animal health, nutrition, and performance in coordination with veterinary and nutrition teams. Monitor KPIs including growth rates, feed efficiency, mortality, and overall farm performance. Conduct regular farm visits to ensure animal welfare, operational controls, and SOP compliance.
