MS / MPhil in a relevant field will be preferred. **Experience & Skills:** This is a senior management position requiring strong leadership and a flexible, result-oriented personality. The candidate must have proven experience in driving layer feed sales growth and building long-term relationship with customers. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in all phases of modern cage layer farming, along with a strong understanding of evolving feed industry standards and practices.
