(Hons) Animal Husbandry - M.Phil Veterinary Sciences / Poultry Science ### Experience & Skills: - Minimum 8–10 years of nationwide experience in sales and marketing of day old chicks - Proven capability to manage and lead sales teams across the country - Strong market development and customer relationship skills - Highly motivated individual with leadership qualities ### Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute national sales strategies for DOC Sales. - Lead, manage, and motivate regional sales teams. - Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration and recoveries. - Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition. - Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams. ### Age Limit: - Maximum 50 years ### Compensation: - Handsome and market-competitive package, commensurate with qualification and experience ### How to Apply: Interested candidates are requested to send their complete and updated CV within two weeks from the date of publication.
