Regional Sales Manager - Animal Feed (Lahore, Gujranwala, Vehari, Layyah) About United Feeds United Feeds is a trusted name in the animal nutrition industry, committed to providing high-quality feed products for poultry and livestock across Pakistan. Based out of the Industrial Estate in Multan, we are focused on expanding our market reach and supporting the productivity of farmers through scientific and effective feed solutions. We are seeking dynamic and experienced sales leaders to join our team as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) across several key territories. The Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) The Regional Sales Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for directing all sales and business development activities within an assigned region (Lahore, Gujranwala, Vehari, or Layyah). The RSM is accountable for achieving regional revenue and market share targets for the entire United Feeds portfolio. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage complex distributor networks and lead a regional sales team effectively. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Sales Execution: Achieve Regional Targets: Take full accountability for meeting or exceeding regional sales, revenue, and collection targets across all product lines (poultry, livestock, and large animal feed). Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies and tactical action plans tailored to the specific agricultural and market dynamics of the assigned city (Lahore, Gujranwala, Vehari, or Layyah). Distributor Management: Manage and optimize the regional distribution and dealer network, ensuring efficient product flow, optimal stock levels, and timely collection of payments. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with large farm integrators, high-volume dealers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the regional farming community. Team Management & Development: Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and mentor the regional sales team (Area Sales Managers/Technical Sales Officers), setting clear performance expectations and sales goals. Field Coaching: Conduct regular joint field visits to coach team members on sales techniques, product detailing, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze regional sales performance data, market trends, and team productivity, implementing timely corrective measures when necessary. Technical & Market Compliance: Product Knowledge: Ensure the entire regional team is technically proficient in all United Feeds products, understanding their nutritional composition and impact on animal health and productivity. Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, promotional campaigns, and new product introductions in the assigned region. Compliance: Ensure all regional sales activities and operations adhere strictly to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: At least 7–10 years of experience in sales and marketing is required, with a significant portion spent in the field. Qualification: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), B5 in Animal Husbandry, or a related life sciences field is required. Field Expertise: Field experience in the specific region (Lahore, Gujranwala, Vehari, or Layyah) will be strongly preferred. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team within a challenging market environment. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned regional city.
