We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team in the pivotal Multan region as the Area Sales Manager for Dairy Feed Additives. The Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM) The Area Sales Manager is a crucial field-based role responsible for driving sales, market penetration, and brand recognition of our dairy feed additive portfolio within the Multan area and its surrounding districts. This role requires a strong technical background in dairy nutrition and a proven ability to engage directly with dairy farmers, farm managers, nutritionists, and local feed mills. A specific emphasis is placed on leveraging any prior experience with key competitive products, such as Wanda. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Dairy Feed Additive product line in the Multan territory. Target Audience Focus: Specifically target and build relationships with key dairy farms (both small and corporate), veterinary clinics, and feed mills operating within the assigned area. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the scientific and economic benefits of our dairy feed additives (e.g., minerals, supplements, specialized additives) to decision-makers. Market Penetration: Execute strategic sales plans to capture new market share and drive the adoption of Jiankang Global's brands. Technical Consultation & Client Relationship: Technical Detailing: Conduct high-quality, technical detailing sessions, explaining how additives improve cow health, milk yield, and feed conversion ratios (FCR). Competitive Insight: Utilize competitive knowledge (e.g., any Wanda selling experience will be a plus) to effectively position our products against alternatives and address customer queries. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with key dairy consultants, veterinary doctors, and high-volume customers. Problem Solving: Act as a technical resource to help clients solve on-farm nutritional and health challenges through the proper application of our feed additives. Administration & Reporting: Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track pipeline development, and submit timely reports on sales activities and market trends. Incentive Management: Operate effectively within the defined compensation structure, which includes a market base salary, zero pack incentive (commission/bonus structure), and other benefits. Resource Management: Utilize company-provided resources, including the vehicle and medical facility, responsibly and efficiently. Required Qualifications & Experience Qualification: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), BS Animal Science, or Graduation in a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same industry is required, with a preference for candidates having experience selling key competitive products (Wanda selling experience will be a plus). Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Multan. Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and technical communication skills.
