We are looking for an experienced and ambitious sales leader to join our Diagnostics Sales Team as a Regional Sales Manager. The Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Diagnostics The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a senior field-based role responsible for strategically leading and managing the diagnostics sales team across the assigned territory (likely encompassing RWP, Lahore, and/or Multan). The RSM's primary goal is to promote and drive sales of our full range of Lab tests and surveillance packages, while ensuring the team effectively interprets lab reports and provides meaningful, preventive health solutions to our clients. This role requires a unique combination of sales leadership and deep technical knowledge of disease diagnostics and preventive planning. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy: Target Achievement: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for diagnostics services in the poultry, livestock, and companion animal segments. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Executives, providing ongoing coaching and performance assessment to maximize team effectiveness. Market Expansion: Strategically expand the client base by penetrating new high-potential farms, consultants, corporate accounts, and pet hospitals across the region. Territory Planning: Oversee the efficient territory planning, call cycles, and field activities of the sales team to ensure comprehensive market coverage. Technical & Client Engagement: Technical Promotion: Promote and drive sales of the full range of Lab tests and surveillance packages tailored to the specific needs of farms and consultants. Solution Selling: Train the team to effectively interpret lab reports and provide practical, actionable field solutions based on the diagnostic findings, positioning Averroes as a strategic partner, not just a service provider. Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with farms, consultants & corporate clients, serving as the primary liaison for large accounts and complex diagnostic queries. Disease Support: Actively support clients in disease monitoring, early detection, and preventive planning, utilizing diagnostic results to improve animal health outcomes. Administration & Reporting: Manage the regional budget, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management. Gather and relay market intelligence regarding competitor services, pricing, and emerging disease patterns in the region. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5–7 years of experience in products related to poultry & livestock health is required, with a proven track record in sales leadership. Qualifications: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) and/or Masters degree in Biological Sciences is required. Technical Expertise: Strong background in Animal Health Management and familiarity with disease diagnostics (serology, pathology, microbiology, etc.) in livestock and pets. Location & Mobility: Must be willing to manage territories encompassing RWP, Lahore, Multan, and possess a willingness for extensive travel. We Offer Attractive salary & incentives.
