We are expanding our team in Multan to reinforce our presence in the crucial southern Punjab market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Livestock Division as the Area Sales Manager. The Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM) The Area Sales Manager is a crucial field-based leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing distributor networks, and leading the sales team within the Multan area and surrounding territory. This role focuses on the Livestock Division portfolio, primarily targeting poultry, dairy, and large animal health sectors. The ASM is accountable for achieving defined revenue and market share objectives by coaching their team and executing tactical sales plans effectively. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Achieve Area Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets for the Multan territory. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed sales action plans to maximize coverage of veterinary professionals, livestock farmers, dairy consultants, and distributors in the area. Distributor Management: Manage and grow the existing distributor network, ensuring optimal inventory levels, timely order placement, and efficient collection/payment cycles. Product Detailing: Lead the technical promotion and detailing of DMG's livestock products, ensuring the team effectively communicates the scientific and commercial value proposition to clients. Team Leadership & Coaching: Team Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Sales Officers (TSOs) and/or Area Sales Representatives in the field. Field Coaching: Conduct regular joint field work and coaching sessions to improve the team's product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the daily and weekly performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met. Recruitment: Assist the Regional Manager in identifying and onboarding high-potential candidates for the area team. Market Intelligence & Administration: Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, product effectiveness, and emerging trends in the local livestock industry. Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and expense reports for submission to the Regional Sales Manager. Inventory Control: Collaborate with distributors and the company's supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and minimize stock-outs or overstocking in the territory. Required Qualifications Qualification: D.V.M., M. Phil., or Graduation in a relevant field (e.g., Animal Sciences, Veterinary Medicine). Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in similar roles (Field Sales/Sales Management), preferably within the Veterinary Pharmaceutical or Animal Health industry. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Multan. Mobility: Must possess excellent traveling capacity for coverage of the assigned area. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Feeding Manager to lead our operations at the farm located at 3.5 km Manga Road Raiwind by pass, Raiwind. This role is critical to maintaining the health and maximizing the productivity of our entire animal group. The Role: Feeding Manager The Feeding Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of all feeding operations for the dairy herd. This senior role requires a deep technical understanding of dairy nutrition and large-scale farm production management. The manager ensures the timely, accurate, and hygienic delivery of feed according to prescribed ration plans to achieve production and health targets, while strictly controlling costs and minimizing wastage. Key Responsibilities Nutritional Management & Execution: Feeding Operations Leadership: Lead and manage all daily feeding operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of feed to all animal groups. Schedule Implementation: Implement daily feeding schedules strictly aligned with the farm nutrition plan and production targets. Ration Accuracy: Coordinate closely with the Nutrition Team to execute precise ration updates, ensuring feed mixes meet quality standards and nutritional specifications. Feed Quality: Maintain feed center hygiene, supervise ingredient storage standards, and manage silage pit discipline to preserve feed quality and prevent spoilage. Inventory, Cost & Wastage Control: Inventory Oversight: Oversee silo, concentrates, minerals, and feed inventory to control wastage and ensure uninterrupted supply. Data Analysis: Analyze daily feed consumption data and report variances, wastage, and operational issues to senior management. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize shrinkage, enhance feeding efficiency, and reduce feed cost per liter of milk produced. Teamwork & Compliance: Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Health, Production, and Maintenance Teams for smooth cross-functional operations and to address any animal health issues related to feed immediately. SOP Enforcement: Enforce strict standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards across all shifts and feeding activities. Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate the feeding staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and precision in all feed preparation and delivery tasks. Required Qualifications & Experience Education: A Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, Dairy Sciences, Animal Sciences or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: 08 to 10 years of extensive, practical experience in a large-scale dairy or livestock operation, specifically managing feeding and nutrition programs. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Total Mixed Ration (TMR) preparation, feed bunk management, feed inventory control, and nutrient requirements of high-producing dairy animals.
