š National Sales Manager Job Description (Proposed)
Schiwo Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for ASIFAC Brands. This is a pivotal role requiring a strategic leader with a proven track record in the Veterinary Pharmaceuticals sector. The successful candidate will be based in Multan.
Key Responsibilities (Inferred):
Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for ASIFAC Brands.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to ensure high performance and effective distribution across all regions.
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and large animal health customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Manage the sales budget, forecasts, and reporting of sales performance to senior management.
Ensure the sales team is fully compliant with all company policies and regulatory requirements in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A degree in DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine), BS Animal Sciences, or BS Poultry Science is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales management within the Veterinary Pharmaceuticals industry.
Location: Must be willing to be Multan Based.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.
