Key responsibilities include product demonstrations, technical support, problem-solving for farm clients, and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders. The manager will also be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing field reports, and coordinating with the company’s technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to work independently in the field are crucial.
