Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Forward Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Faisalabad region. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in poultry medicine sales and the ability to manage customer relationships, drive sales growth, and oversee market development. This role requires strong leadership skills, field expertise, and the capability to achieve business targets in a competitive market. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, guiding field teams (if applicable), maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring continuous business expansion in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand sales operations within Faisalabad and nearby areas. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts. Promote poultry medicines and related products effectively. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence. Conduct field visits to farms and clients for product promotion and issue resolution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare periodic sales reports for management.
