Technical Sales Officer (TSO) / Senior Technical Sales Officer (STSO)

AlphaChicks (A Project of Asia Poultry Feeds Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the positions of TSO and STSO based in Lahore. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting chick sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth follow-up for technical and business operations. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and basic technical knowledge related to poultry management. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fieldwork, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while contributing to long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities / Major Tasks Sell chicks and ensure timely recovery of payments from customers. Develop and maintain a strong pool of reliable market customers for sustainable growth. Provide technical guidance related to chick management to ensure healthy and productive outcomes. Conduct follow-up visits to customers for better technical support and satisfaction. Maintain close coordination with the team leader to achieve business goals in the assigned region. Expand customer base by identifying new opportunities and potential markets. Job Requirements Education: DVM / BSc. in Poultry Sciences Experience: 1–2 years of experience in chick sales will be preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
