Job Description
UM Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven, and professional individual to join our team as an STSE/ASM for the Rahim Yar Khan region. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote company products. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales operations and achieve monthly/annual sales targets in the assigned region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Provide product knowledge and support to customers when required.
Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company in a professional manner to strengthen brand image.
Eligibility Criteria
Both Technical (DVM / BS Poultry) and Non-Technical candidates are eligible to apply.
Experience in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
