Farm Manager – Dairy Farm (Charsadda, KPK)

A well-managed dairy farm in Charsadda, KPK is looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure optimal animal health, productivity, and farm efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in dairy farm management and possess strong knowledge of herd health, reproduction, nutrition, and farm planning. Key responsibilities include hoof trimming, proper animal handling, calving management, and newborn calf care. The Farm Manager will supervise calf feeding programs, monitor growth, maintain accurate farm records, and manage labour teams with effective communication and leadership. Duties also include feed supervision, disease diagnosis, herd health monitoring, routine activity planning, and ensuring animal welfare standards are consistently met. Experience with Artificial Insemination (AI), milking supervision, and milk quality control is essential. The selected candidate will manage a herd consisting of 31 dairy animals and 10 goats, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive farm environment.
