Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of daily farm operations for breeder flocks, including feeding, watering, ventilation, and environmental control. Monitor flock performance parameters (e.g., egg production, fertility, hatchability, mortality, feed conversion) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
