Job Summary: Sabir's Poultry is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate to join our team as an Assistant Farm Manager for our Poultry Breeders farm. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about poultry science and farm management, offering hands-on experience and a strong foundation for a career in the industry. The Assistant Farm Manager will support the Farm Manager in the daily operations, welfare, and productivity of our breeder flocks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily feeding, watering, and monitoring of breeder flocks.
Monitor flock health, identify potential issues, and report observations to the Farm Manager.
Support in the implementation of biosecurity protocols and maintain farm hygiene standards.
Assist with egg collection, handling, and storage procedures.
Help maintain accurate farm records, including production data, feed consumption, and mortality rates.
Support in the management of farm labor and daily task allocation.
Participate in vaccination programs and other animal health interventions.
Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Farm Manager.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate with a degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Animal Sciences, Agriculture, or a related field.
Strong interest in poultry farming and breeder management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good observational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to farm operations.
Physical ability to perform farm duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Job Summary: Sabir's Poultry is looking for an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee the operations of our Poultry Breeders farm. The Farm Manager will be responsible for the overall health, productivity, and profitability of our breeder flocks, ensuring efficient management, optimal animal welfare, and adherence to production targets. This leadership role requires a strong background in poultry science and proven farm management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of daily farm operations for breeder flocks, including feeding, watering, ventilation, and environmental control.
Develop and implement comprehensive flock health programs, including biosecurity, vaccination, and disease prevention/treatment protocols.
Monitor flock performance parameters (e.g., egg production, fertility, hatchability, mortality, feed conversion) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Oversee and manage farm staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate and detailed farm records, analyze data, and generate regular reports for management.
Ensure strict adherence to all animal welfare regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory of feed, medication, and other farm supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Implement and enforce quality control measures for egg collection, handling, and storage.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Work closely with veterinarians and other specialists to optimize flock health and production.
Prepare and manage farm budgets.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree required.
Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a commercial poultry breeder farm setting.
In-depth knowledge of poultry breeder management, including nutrition, health, reproduction, and environmental control.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in farm record-keeping and basic computer applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff and foster a productive work environment.
