Production Manager – Salva Group of Industries (Lahore)

Salva Group of Industries, a rapidly expanding organization in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector, is hiring a highly qualified Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations at Ferozpur Road, Lahore. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of drug manufacturing, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing manufacturing processes such as granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging, optimizing manpower and machinery usage, maintaining compliance with EPA and DRAP standards, and coordinating with supply chain and quality assurance teams. The Production Manager will also be responsible for setting production targets, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for process improvement. Applicants must have a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm-D (mandatory) degree with at least 10+ years of experience in veterinary pharmaceutical production. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
