Goodman’s is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Livestock Genetics Division in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving growth within the assigned territory through strategic sales planning and market development. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building long-term relationships with dairy and livestock farmers, conducting product presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The manager will also provide technical support related to genetics and breeding products while maintaining close coordination with the marketing and operations teams. Candidates must possess a DVM or equivalent degree with 3–4 years of experience in livestock genetics or related sales roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the livestock market, an ability to identify growth opportunities, and a passion for advancing animal genetics in Pakistan.
