The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and implementing livestock insurance services, engaging with clients, and providing technical and administrative support in the field. The Field Officer will develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned territory, identify and engage potential customers, facilitate policy issuance and documentation, and provide after-sale support, including assistance with claims coordination. The role also includes regular reporting on field performance, challenges, and market trends to help improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a VA/LAD qualification with 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply). Applicants should have solid technical veterinary knowledge, an understanding of livestock insurance policies, and strong field-level communication and marketing skills.
