Area Manager (Dairy & Livestock Division)

Agrina (Pvt) Ltd., one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing agri-nutrition companies, is expanding its nationwide footprint. The company is seeking passionate and results-driven Area Managers to join its Dairy & Livestock Division. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term relationships with dairy farmers, and leading on-ground engagement initiatives. This role suits individuals who thrive on achieving targets, understanding the livestock market, and supporting farmers through sustainable nutrition solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth within your assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers and key accounts. Lead farm visits, field trials, and farmer engagement sessions. Represent Agrina at industry and community events to promote agri-nutrition solutions. Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and farmer support programs. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), or MPhil in a related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the livestock or feed sector. Strong communication skills and good understanding of the livestock market. Highly motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively and grow with the company.
