Recruitment for Three PhD Positions in Environmental and Public Health

Dr. Lauren Grant is announcing the availability of three PhD positions for January 2026. This is a collaborative opportunity to join the Grant and Di Francesco research groups to establish community-led rabies co-management in the Beaufort Delta region of the Northwest Territories. The advertisement specifically seeks candidates who are passionate about climate change, rabies prevention and control, and Northern Canada. Prospective students who are Indigenous, have experience working with Indigenous communities in Northern Canada, and/or hold a DVM degree are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, and early applications are highly encouraged.
