Dairy Farm Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) to join our progressive dairy farm in Muridke as a Dairy Farm Manager. Our farm currently houses 155 Holstein Friesian cows and is set to expand to 200 by December. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management of farm operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing and improving the cow reproduction program, overseeing the health and nutrition of the herd, and supervising vaccination and treatment protocols. You will also be in charge of recruiting, training, and managing farm labor, as well as handling the procurement of farm supplies and growth planning. The ideal candidate must have a DVM degree and a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing Holstein Friesian or similar dairy herds. We are looking for a leader with strong knowledge of cow reproduction, calf rearing, and preventive healthcare, along with excellent communication and farm management skills.
