It effectively eliminates phosphates and silicates from both freshwater and saltwater aquariums without releasing them back into the tank. KEY FEATURES: Quickly removes phosphate and silicate Synthetic granular ferric oxide (GFO) Minimal dust compared to many other GFO options, making it easier to handle DIRECTIONS: For optimal performance, rinse PhosNet before use and position it to enhance water flow through the material without causing it to tumble. It can be utilized in a canister filter, media chamber, box filter, or any high flow section of a trickle filter. Using a filter bag like The Bag is advisable. Use 50g (1/2 cup) for every 200L (50 US gallons) of saltwater or 400L (100 US gallons) of freshwater.Expires on 14 Feb 2027
