These filter media are designed for optimal performance, developed in our in-house laboratory, using only the finest raw materials, and are continuously tested to ensure they are free from pollutants. Featuring both fine and coarse filter pads tailored for mechanical and biological filtration, the porous material quickly absorbs water and captures dirt particles of all sizes. After a brief initial period, beneficial bacteria that aid in the biological breakdown of harmful substances colonize the specially designed foam. These filter pads can be reused multiple times; simply rinse and squeeze them to maintain the bacteria cultures without completely destroying them.
