Aqua Medic Antiphos Fe 5000 Ml Features Efficient iron-based granulated remover for phosphates and silicates, designed for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums to help prevent unwanted algae proliferation. Antiphos Fe (GFO) is free from aluminium, ensuring it is completely safe for both plants and animals, making it ideal for reef aquariums. 500g of this product can effectively treat a standard aquarium for 3-6 months, depending on the level of phosphate present. Antiphos Fe has the capacity to bind around 10g of phosphate per kg. Regularly monitor the phosphate levels in your aquarium to assess when the media needs to be replaced.
