Wear protective gloves during application due to the product's sticky consistency. For Packing Under Shoe and Pad: Apply Magic Cushion to the hoof sole before nailing or gluing on the pad and shoe. For Overnight Packing: Pack the hoof sole to a depth of ½ inch. For best results, especially on barefoot horses, cover the sole with paper or plastic, then wrap the entire hoof with self-adhering wrap or a hoof boot.
