Denamarin is also blister packed to prevent oxidation of the SAMe to the non-biologically active R,S-SAMe isomer. Directions for useWhere possible we recommend an overnight fast to ensure the stomach is empty before administering the tablet, thereby allowing the best absorption of the active ingredients. However, when an overnight fast is not possible please allow a minimum of 2 hours (ideally longer) after feeding before administering the tablets. Once the tablet has been administered, allow at least 1 hour before feeding your pet.
