Colsul (Liquid) is an excellent Polymyxin antibiotic that acts on susceptible bacteria by displacing divalent cations in the bacterial cell wall resulting in the damage to membrane integrity leading to the formation of transient holes that significantly contribute to the bactericidal effects.
Indications:
Colsul (Liquid) is highly efficacious against all Gram-negative bacteria. It is indicated for the treatment of bacterial Enteritis like Colibacillosis, Salmonellosis causing white diarrhea, Colisepticemia, Colienteritis, Pullorosis, Infectious Coryza, Klebsiellosis, Avian Vibrionic Hepatitis and Pseudomonas infections.
Dosage & Administration:
Poultry: 1 ml per 4 litre of drinking water for 3-5 days
