Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent Meloxicam...... 1.5 mg It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) useful for the treatment of inflammatory processes caused by trauma in dogs and cats. It also has effective analgesic activity for the treatment of arthritis, acute or chronic muscle strains, and diseases accompanied by pain. Dogs: Initial dose: 1 ml per 7.5 kg of body weight (0.2 mg/kg), equivalent to 15 drops per 7.5 kg of body weight, every 24 hours.Cats: Initial dose: 1 ml per 5 kg of body weight (0.3 mg/kg), equivalent to 15 drops per 5 kg of body weight, every 24 hours.Dogs and Cats Maintenance dose: 1 ml per 15 kg of body weight (0.1 mg/kg), equivalent to 15 drops per 15 kg of body weight, every 24 hours.
