Composition: Each ml contains: Atropine Sulphate 1mg ATROFAR Inj e c t abl e Solution i s us ed a s an antispasmodic in treating diarrhea and colic and as an antidote in toxicities of insecticides with organic phosphorous or in the carbamate group poisoning cases. It is also used as a pre-anesthetic in cats, dogs and pigs to decrease salivation and bronchial secretion.Additionally, it is used in sinus bradycardia and sick sinus syndrome Dosage & Administration: As Parasympatholytic Cattle, Horses: 3-6 ml / 100 kg Calves, Colts: 1.5-3ml / 50 kg Sheep/Goats: 4-8 ml / 50 kg Dogs: 0.3-0.5ml / 10 kg Cats: 0.12-0.2ml / 4 kg As Antidote: Cattle, Horses: 4-8 ml / 100 kg Calves, Colts: 3-6ml / 50 kg Sheep/Goats: 5-10 ml / 50 kg Dogs: 0.5-1ml / 10 kg Cats: 0.6-1ml / 4 kg Presentation: 50ml, 100ml vials.
Feeding & Usage Instructions
The dosage of ATROFAR varies by species: Cattle and Horses: 3-6 ml / 100 kg as an antispasmodic, and 4-8 ml / 100 kg as an antidote. Calves and Colts: 1.5-3ml / 50 kg as an antispasmodic, and 3-6ml / 50 kg as an antidote. Sheep and Goats: 4-8 ml / 50 kg as an antispasmodic, and 5-10 ml / 50 kg as an antidote. Dogs: 0.3-0.5ml / 10 kg as an antispasmodic, and 0.5-1ml / 10 kg as an antidote. Cats: 0.12-0.2ml / 4 kg as an antispasmodic, and 0.6-1ml / 4 kg as an antidote.
