Brand: Aquael VersaMax 3 External Filter 1200 L/H The VERSAMAX is a suspended external filter for filtration and aeration of water in normal and nano aquariums. Thanks to its high flow capacity, the filter guarantees intensive filtration of the aquarium water, while requiring very little space. The filter is very quiet and easy to use. The VERSAMAX 3 filter can be used in aquariums with a capacity of 80 to 300 litres. Each package includes a filter lid, a flow-through unit, and a container for filter media with a sponge cartridge. The VERSAMAX filter is completely watertight, because the entire container is made of one piece. How to use Hang the filter on an aquarium sidewall so that the suction tube is on the inside of your tank, while the pump body is on the outside. At start-up, fill the filter tank with water and connect the connection cable to the mains. The flow rate of the filter can be adjusted using the dial at the top of the flow unit. The angle of inclination of the filter is also adjustable. It provides a particularly good substrate for the growth of bacterial cultures used to remove organic impurities from the water. In this way, efficient mechanical filtration is complemented by excellent biological filtration. The filter cartridges can be freely combined or replaced with other filter materials for biological or chemical filtration.
