COMPOSITION: Each 0.2 ml dose of vaccine contains: Attenuated Marek's disease virus, strain HVT FC126: 3.0 ≤ R ≤ 4.0 log 10 PFU Attenuated Marek's disease virus, Rispens strain: 3.0 ≤ R ≤ 4.0 log 10 PFU ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Subcutaneous injection for 1-day-old chicks. ATTENTION: Vaccination equipment must be thoroughly sterilized and free of chemical disinfectants. It is essential to ensure that only one dose of 0.2 ml is administered throughout the vaccination process. Occasionally shake the reconstituted vaccine pouch gently to thoroughly mix the vaccine suspension. Once reconstituted, the vaccine must be used within 1 hour. Discard any tubes that have accidentally thawed before mixing. Do not refreeze under any circumstances. Do not reuse diluted vaccine bags. PRESERVE: Store the vaccine vials in liquid nitrogen (-196ºC). Store the sachet of diluent and color indicator at room temperature (+15ºC to +25ºC). Nitrogen cylinders: Pay attention to all warnings when using nitrogen cylinders, such as wearing safety glasses and gloves. Store nitrogen cylinders in a cool, well-ventilated place. Check the nitrogen level daily. Keep cylinders away from incubators and chicken coops. Do not point the ampoule toward your face when removing it from the nitrogen container.
