Tekno-C Injectable Solution

COMPOSITION Tekno-C Injectable Solution is a light yellow coloured, clear, sterile vitamin solution. Each ml contains 250 mg of sodium ascorbate (vitamin C). INDICATIONS FOR USE It is used in all domestic animals to compensate the need and eliminate the deficiency of vitamin C. – As supportive in the treatment of anemias, gastrointestinal and respiratory system infections – All kinds of stress conditions – Boosting immune system – Bleeding and inflammation of gum, nose bleeds, healing of wounds in skin diseases – Diseases in association with disorders of calcium metabolism ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS Administration is done intramuscularly or intravenously to horses, buffalos, cattle, sheep and goats at the dose of 10 – 20 mg/kg bw and to cats and dogs at the dose of 16 mg/kg bw. Administration should be continued as long as necessary. Unless advised otherwise by the veterinarian, the practical doses are as follows: Animal species Practical dose Horse – Cattle – Buffalo 4 – 8 ml / 100 kg bw Sheep – Goat 1 – 2 ml / 25 kg bw Cat – Dog 0.3 ml / 5 kg bw WITHDRAWAL PERIOD(S) Withdrawal period is 0 (zero) days for meat and milk. MARKETING PACKAGING 50 ml and 100 ml in amber coloured glass vials inside cardboard boxes.
