Therefore, the daily amount of food, which may vary depending on ambient temperature and activity level, should be divided into 3 to 5 servings. When transitioning from mother’s milk, give your puppy smaller servings of granules for a period of seven days and allow it to continue nursing. Monitor your puppy’s behaviour and stool consistency. The granules may be served either dry or moistened with water or broth.
