Description Ceftifur Indications Cattle: treatment of animals with acute postpartum metritis, necrobacteriosis, as well as respiratory diseases caused by microorganisms susceptible to Ceftifur Dogs and cats: treatment of animals with diseases of the genitourinary system (endometritis) and skin (pyoderma) caused by microorganisms sensitive to Ceftiofur. ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE Cattle: in the treatment of respiratory diseases – intramuscularly at a dose of 1 ml of the drug per 50 kg of body weight (equivalent to 1 mg of Ceftiofur per 1 kg of body weight) once a day for 3-5 days; in the treatment of acute necrobacteriosis – intramuscularly at a dose of 1 ml of the drug per 50 kg of body weight (equivalent to 1 mg of Ceftiofur per 1 kg of body weight) once a day for 3 days; in the treatment of acute postpartum metritis (in 10 days after calving) – subcutaneously at a dose of 1 ml of the drug per 50 kg of body weight (equivalent to 1 mg of Ceftiofur per 1 kg of body weight) once a day for 5 days.
