Robenidine hydrochloride is eimeriostatic, which is effective against eimeriae of the following species: ?imeria necatrix, ?. tenella, E. acervulina, ?. maxima, E. adenoeides, ?. gallopavonis, ?. meleagrimitis at the stage of schizonites of the first and second generations.
It quickly passes the digestive tract of poultry and has a low absorption level (20-40%). It is primarily eliminated with feces. The elimination volume makes 60-65% of the administered dose.
Administration
Treatment and prevention of Eimeria lesions in broiler chickens and turkeys:
- broiler chickens - Eimeria tenella, E. acervulina, E. mivati, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. necatrix;
- turkeys (up to 16 weeks of age) - Eimeria adenoeides, E. meleagrimitis and E. gallopavonis.
