To create an elimination diet you only need to add a carbohydrate source. The preferred carbohydrate sources are boiled white rice or potato. In addition, you should add a dietary supplement to prevent any vitamin and mineral deficiencies: TROVET Balance. Recommended period of use (in combination with rice or potatoes): 4 weeks. If the intolerance symptoms disappear, add TROVET Balance (vitamin and mineral mix) daily. In the absence of intolerance symptoms, Unique Protein (Horse) can be used for life, in combination with TROVET Balance and a carbohydrate source.
