CANIVERM DEWORMING TABLET 0.175G/TABLET The Caniverm Dewormer Tablet for Puppies and Kittens is an antiparasitic tablet for cats and dogs. A tablet substance of 0.7 mg. Dosage is administered orally for every life stage and is advised for caution with pregnant dogs and should be accurate. It may have side effects after several hours of administration, vomiting, mushy stool, urticaria, or fever may develop. It is a reaction to proteins released from dying worms, it is not a drug reaction. The preparation may cause drowsiness in the animal. Action: Fenbendazole arrives orally to parasites and blocks the polymerization of the structural protein of the tubulin, inside the axons of the nerves, interfering with the transport function of the parasite absorption cells. Pyrantel pamoate acts as a nicotine-cholinergic antagonist in glands, which causes spastic neuro-muscle palsy of the parasite. Praziquantel increases the permeability of cell membranes for calcium ions, which determines muscle contractions of the parasite.
