Containing zero fat and only 1% protein, Oralade GI+ requires no digestion, is easily absorbed, and is safe for use during all life stages. Dextrose Essentially the same as glucose provides simple energy. It is vital in oral rehydration solutions (ORS), when in the correct ratio with sodium, to activate the sodium-glucose cotransport system. This optimises sodium and water absorption for fast hydration. It also acts as an energy source for healthy intestinal cells and helps inhibit gastric secretions.
