Shampoo with pine tar and bio-sulphur 220ml

Dr Seidel shampoo concentrate with pine tar and biosulphur is a perfect wash and care product for dogs treated for skin conditions such as pruritus and oily seborrhoea. Biosulphur increases the epidermal keratoplastic activity, accelerates skin exfoliation and regeneration. Pine tar reduces the activity of sebaceous glands, thus regulating sebum production and eliminating excessively greasy or oily skin. The shampoo effectively removes event the most resistant skin debris and dirt from the skin surface and gives your dog’s hair natural softness and shine. Recommendation A conditioning product designed for use during the treatment of: oily dandruff severe itching and irritation caused by seborrhoea skin problems showing in excessive desquamation Active substance Pine tar is produced from the dry distillation of wood. It contains a variety of phenols and as a result has antiseptic properties. It is oxidised with oxygen contained in tissues, thus weakening the life processes in cells (antimitotic effect). Keratoplastic properties of pine tar are used in treating keratosis disorders due to accelerated epidermal growth. Pine tar has also degreasing and anti-pruritic properties. Biosulphur regulates sebaceous gland function, thus reducing sebum production, improving keratoplastic effects, and also keratolytic effects in higher concentrations. It is recommended for use as an add-on therapy for dogs treated for skin infections caused by dermatophytes and Malassezia yeasts. Lanolin is a natural moisturising agent. It replenishes lipid content and restores the appropriate water and lipid balance. Method of use In case of skin problems, please contact your vet about the frequency and method of administration.
